SonoTarg has developed a new approach to targeted cancer therapy that enables physicians to specifically activate therapeutics at the site of tumor and minimize the adverse effects associated with conventional chemotherapy.

The technology is based on research co-developed between the Universities of Ulster and Oxford and in close collaboration with leading clinicians at Belfast Hospitals.

Recently acquired by S.A.I Emirates, a stunning development of three mews cottages in prime central London. Our plan is design and renovate three individual houses, with circa 1,800-2,500sq ft of living space each, over 3-4 floors, roof terraces and light wells, will provide exceptional stylish living in prime central London.

Tailor-made specification of the properties is also available, as is  combing either two or all three of the properties into two or one exceptionally desirable residence.

The layout of the Mews Cottages has been imagined by multi award winning architect Damien Burrows (https://dmba.co.uk). Damien is also known for his work on the television series, Your Home Made Perfect.

Perry Barr Locks is a Grade II listed building that has recently split into three flats.  It has adopted an Airbnb-style model offered by Haus Birmingham. The concept of using a third-party management company such as Haus Birmingham is becoming increasingly popular among landlords, particularly those with multiple properties, as it allows them to maximise their rental income while minimising their involvement in the day-to-day management of the property.

One of the main advantages of using this model is the ability to generate a guaranteed rental income without any void periods. This is particularly attractive to landlords looking for a more stable income stream as opposed to the traditional Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement model, which can often result in short-term tenants and vacant periods.

Forever searching to improve the enjoyment of our workouts, and with an eye on a future away from football, James and Jack looked to create something to help adapt working out to a rapidly evolving modern world.

At the end of 2018, they settled on the idea of finding the best possible solution to carrying your phone whilst you worked out and called the company Freetrain.
